1. Who is responsible for your data
This policy applies to yuliatraidova.com, operated by Yulia Traidova, a certified real estate broker in Asunción, Paraguay, and member of ACIP (Asociación de Corredores Inmobiliarios del Paraguay). In November 2025, Paraguay enacted Law No. 7,593/2025 on Personal Data Protection, its first comprehensive general law on the subject, which will take effect in November 2027 after a transition period. In the meantime, your right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data is already guaranteed under Article 135 of the National Constitution (Habeas Data). We proactively align our practices with the principles of the new law.
2. What data we collect
We collect data in two situations: when you browse the site (automatically) and when you contact us voluntarily (through forms).
2.1 Data you leave while browsing
As with most websites, when you browse ours certain general information is recorded automatically — roughly where in the world you're visiting from, which pages caught your interest, how you found us — which we use solely to better understand our visitors and improve the site experience. None of this identifies who you are: it's statistical information, not personal. More detail on the tools we use for this in section 4.
2.2 Data you give us voluntarily
When you fill out a contact form, request a brochure, or leave your details so we can notify you about a property, we collect: your name, phone number and, if you provide it, your email, along with the property or area you're interested in and any message you write. If you sign a digital consent for a specific process, we also keep that signature and a verification hash of the document.
3. What we use your data for
- Responding to your inquiry and contacting you by WhatsApp, phone or email about properties you're interested in.
- Sending you the material you requested (brochures, project information).
- Improving the site: which pages work, which properties generate the most interest, where traffic comes from.
- Measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, when applicable.
- Complying with legal or regulatory obligations, when applicable.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor do we use it for purposes other than those described here.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or share your data with other real estate agencies, developers, or third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to Yulia Traidova Broker. To operate the site and communicate with you, we rely on a small number of trusted providers — web analytics services, advertising campaign measurement, messaging, and site hosting — each governed by its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar tools to make the site work better: remembering which language you prefer, recognizing you during your visit, and avoiding showing you the same message repeatedly. The providers mentioned in the previous section also use their own cookies to measure site usage. If you prefer, you can disable cookies from your browser settings — some features, like the language selector, may stop working as expected.
6. How long we keep your data
Contact data is kept for as long as a potential or active business relationship exists, and afterward according to the timeframes required by applicable regulations. Anonymous browsing data is kept for a limited time, according to the standard settings of the analytics tools we use.
7. Your rights
You can request at any time to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated data.
- Request deletion of your data from our contact database.
- Object to the use of your data for marketing purposes.

This site is intended for people over 18 years old in the context of real estate transactions. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.

We may update this policy as our practices or applicable regulations change. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
