According to a real estate advisor, Paraguay has become a quite attractive market for foreign investors due to prices. He also spoke about the preference of Paraguayans in the search for a property.
Real estate consultant Gustavo Silva explained on Tuesday, on Monumental 1080 AM, that local prices—compared to those in other cities in the region—are very low, which is why he said Paraguay has become a very attractive market for foreign real estate investors.
“Paraguay is a very attractive market for foreign investors. That’s why there are companies that are already building and advertising directly abroad (in other countries). There are projects here that were sold in Argentina and are then rented here to Paraguayans,” the expert said.
